Growing up in a family with two younger sisters, Kirstin's life has been full of princesses! As a little girl, her favorite pastimes were Barbies, playing dress-up, and of course, singing and dancing to the Disney Sing-Along movies. Interestingly, not much has changed! Kirstin's love for performing and princesses still holds true today. Working professionally in musical theatre since she was a child, Kirstin is a proud alumna of the University of Southern California where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in both theatre and communication (Fight on!). Nothing makes her happier than making your child's event a success!
Meredith is a transplanted Southern Belle from Texas with special skills in cooking, sewing, floral design, and childcare. As a child, Meredith loved to play My Little Ponies, Barbies, and dress up, and entertained dreams of being a real Princess herself. She came to Los Angeles in 2004 to pursue a degree in Theatre at the University of Southern California and found that her love of children and all things girly were the perfect credentials for working with ThePrincessParty.com. Now that she's completed her Bachelor of Arts, with a joint emphasis in Acting, Costume Design, and Playwriting, Meredith works for an after-school tutoring company as a supervisor and advisor to a group of 9th grade students. In her free time, Meredith enjoys relaxing in the sun or curling up with a good book or movie. On the weekends, you are most likely to find her on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica enjoying the company of her wonderful roommates and friends.
Margaret brings to life the role of your child's most beloved Princess at her/his party! As an actress, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Pitzer College (of the Claremont Colleges), Margaret has the performing talents to play the part just right. And with many years of study in the Visual Arts as well, she couldn't be more pleased and fit to entertain with face-painting and balloon twisting. Her previous experience of working with children in a creative capacity as a teacher and director at the Bay Area Shakespeare Camps with the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival was further preparation for the esteemed position as Party Princess. But above all her top qualifications, it is her joy for sharing in the magic of a child's celebration that makes her a truly royal guest for your special occasion.
Alycen grew up in a small rural town an hour south of Chicago, Illinois. There she attended school and was a very active little girl. She played volleyball, softball, track, took gymnastics and was a cheerleader. But soon she grew out of her inner athlete by junior high and started to perform in school, college, and community plays. Alycen attended an Irish dancing school and soon added three years of singing lessons where she performed competitively. She also participated in beauty pageants for several years and has accumulated many titles. After one year of college in Illinois, Alycen decided to make the move to Los Angeles and transfered to the prestigious conservatory, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts-Hollywood. She graduated in May of 2004. That summer she traveled to Oxford, England where she lived and studied Shakespeare for a month at the British American Drama Academy. Now Alycen is back in the States, residing in Los Angeles, happily and optimistically living out her dream.
Lili is currently a theatre major at USC, studying performing, directing and choreography. She has performed in over 30 shows, with favorite roles including Little Red (Into the Woods), Sally Brown (You're a Good Man Charlie Brown) and Delores (Working). She helped found Musical Theatre Repertory and Boom Kat Dance Company. A graduate of Harvard-Westlake high school, she has lived in Los Angeles her whole life, and wishes to further explore this city after finishing college. As well as the arts, she loves cooking, painting and going to the movies. She loves Tinkerbell, The Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland and laughter.
Sinmi is a senior Psychology student at the University of Southern California. This will be her second year as a princess and she loves having the opportunity to make little girls' birthdays as special as they can be! Her favorite Disney princesses are Ariel, Belle, Aurora...well, she loves them all! After graduating from USC she plans to go on to medical school and specialize in pediatrics.
Joe is currently getting his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the University of Southern California. His professional theater credits include "Inherit the Wind" and "A Christmas Carol" with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park; "Ordinary People" (Conrad Jarrett), "Romeo and Juliet" (Mercutio), and "The Return of the King" (Frodo) with Clear Stage Cincinnati; and "The Two Towers" and "Fellowship of the Ring" with Ovation Theatre Company. As well as acting, Joe is also proficient at juggling balls, clubs, rings, and even flaming torches. For the last five years, he has amazed many audiences as a magician working at parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, company picnics, street festivals, galas, banquets, and more. Oh... and he can also ride a unicycle!
An actor living and working in the Los Angeles area, Nicole has enjoyed being in commercials, infomercials, PSAs, theater productions and more! Nicole has worked with ThePrincessParty.com for several years. Her favorite princesses are Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella.
As most translations of the name Sarah point to “princess,” this natural born “princess” has been enjoying her title since birth! Following her dreams of acting and dancing, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University with a major in Drama. She has worked professionally in television and film in Los Angeles, and also teaches dance to elementary students in an after school program. Her favorite princesses include Cinderella, Aurora and Alice in Wonderland, although her true joy comes from encouraging children to have fun and find their inner princess at their own Princess Party.
